Is this the same as Google Ads and do I need a website?
No. This isn’t Google Ads.
When someone searches for something like “electrician near me”, Google Search and Google Maps shows a list of local businesses. That’s your Google Business Profile.
We focus on optimising your profile and keeping it active so you show up higher in the results, getting you more calls.
You can still have a website alongside this if you wish, but Google Business Profiles operate separately from your website and don’t affect it.
What if I already have a Google Business Profile?
That’s fine. Most trades already have one, but we often find they aren't set up properly or haven't been optimised for a while.
We will fix what's there, optimise it and keep it active so it performs better.
How long does it take to see results?
Though it's impossible to put an exact number on things, most profiles improve within the first month once set up properly.
From there, growth builds over time as we get more reviews, publish regular posts and continue making improvements. The more activity and optimisation your profile has, the stronger it performs.
What if my area is already competitive?
How competitive your area is determines how well your profile will perform. However, a competitive area is where a stronger profile matters most as there's usually a bigger share of customers to compete for.

Do you guarantee #1 rankings?
No, and no legitimate provider can guarantee any sort of ranking. Google nor the algorithm works that way.
What we guarantee is that your profile will be set up properly and optimised consistently so it has the best possible chance to rank in your area and bring you more work.
Do I need to do anything?
You need to do very little. We will ask for your business name and contact details, as well as access to your Google Profile if you already have one.
We may also ask you to encourage customers to leave reviews and send us photos of completed jobs, or we will take the best ones from your social media.
Do you work with my competitors?
We only work with one type of trade per postcode district, and we hyperfocus on that local area to get you the best results.
For example, if you’re an electrician in CF32, we will not work with another electrician in CF32. However, we may work with a plumber in CF32, or an electrician in another postcode district like CF34.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can. There’s an initial 3-month minimum term so we have the opportunity to show results.
After the first 3 months, work and billing continues monthly. You can cancel at any time after that with 30 days notice.
There are no long contracts or hidden terms.
